Orders received after 3pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Please note, Customs may add additional charges to deliveries dispatched internationally, which The Style Basement has no control over.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and realise that not every order will work out. We have a 14 day refund policy. To allow for transport this is extended to 30 days for online purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

If your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days of receipt. If there are any problems regarding your return, we'll contact you to discuss it.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
